Pricing FAQ
Why 12-month engagements only?
CFO work compounds. The first ninety days are diagnosis and cleanup, and the value shows up over the full year. Shorter terms sell activity. We sell outcomes.
Is bookkeeping included?
Yes. Every tier includes bookkeeping and a monthly close. We don’t sell bookkeeping as a standalone service, because clean books are the floor of CFO work, not the product.
Why is pricing shown annually?
Because that’s what you’re buying: a year of financial leadership with a plan attached, not a month-to-month subscription. Monthly equivalents are shown for budgeting.
Are you a CPA firm?
No. Gain Accounting LLC is not a licensed CPA firm and does not hold a permit under the Nebraska Public Accountancy Act. We don’t provide audit, attest, or tax services. Keep your tax preparer. We make their job easier.
Do you replace my bookkeeper?
Usually, yes. Bookkeeping and the monthly close are included in every tier, so most clients consolidate. If you have an in-house person you want to keep, we’ll scope around them on the qualification call.
How does the $250K Audit credit work?
The $250K Audit is $2,500. Sign a 12-month engagement within 30 days of receiving the $250K Audit and the full amount is credited toward it.
What happens in the first ninety days?
Diagnosis and cleanup. We get the books to a standard worth reporting on, stand up the reporting pack, and start on the highest-impact levers from the $250K Audit map. It’s the least glamorous quarter and the one everything else depends on.
The $250K Audit picks the tier.
You don’t have to guess which engagement fits. The $250K Audit maps your twelve levers first, then recommends the tier that matches the work. Sign within 30 days and the $2,500 is credited in full.
